Learn MoreDoctor was great, procedure was great . They just never pickup the phone. It's literally been ringing for 15 mins straight this is my 3rd time calling.... simple question about prescription.
Nice staff especially on the clinical side. They worked very well together. Very patient with my nervousness regarding procedures. The staff was very efficient and was like a well oiled machine. Very patient and kind. They got stuck waiting with me while my ride was delayed. I felt bad since it was a Friday. Thank you Danielle, Joe, Melissa and Dr Halvorson and all the staff whose names I can not recall. Hopefully I won’t have to be back for awhile.
Complete Mess. We arrived early and waited an hour and a half to be seen. The nurses called patients by their first names without using their last names causing confusion with common names that people share. This caused another thirty-minute delay. They called me and said that I would be able to pick up my mother in 20 minutes, of course, it took 45 minutes. The lack of transparency is extremely annoying. The place is full of written signs which makes sense, given that their front desk team shows little to no interest in actually explaining policies or interacting with people.
Make you get their 45 minutes early and then start 40 minutes late for a 40in procedure. Disappointed with organization in general..Doctor doesn't like to talk and always a long wait when you call.

I have not gone for service to this place yet but....When i walked into suite #230 in Laurel to schedule appointment they said they can't do it. Really? in the facility in person? I called few days later for appointment on Monday morning .....Ohh my god the person on the call who picked-up was so drained with pretty sad energy and talk and some level of greetings entire time I spoke to her. She never told her name either when started talking to me. I am just going there for procedure with zero expectations based on 2 instances in short few days. Hoping that everything else from here would be better.
